ICLAS encourages, facilitates, and coordinates research into and investigation of atmospheric and environmental problems and networking and space-based activities that require international cooperation. It also promotes education at all possible levels, especially at graduate, Ph.D., and postdoctoral levels, and encourages young researchers in their quest to excellence.
